Services

Beyond the software: the team that gets it running

When the operation needs it, we step in: we map how things work today, define the automation improvements and can install them. These are services layered onto the system, defined by each business's circuit.

Consulting, automation and technical service

Four services that build on the same system your company later runs on. Each one is defined by your industry's circuit: mapping a meat plant is not the same as mapping a service station.

01
AssessmentOptional

Operations assessment and automation

We walk your business and map the real working circuit, area by area. We hand over a floor plan with the documented flow and, on top of that, we define what is worth automating first.

  • Assessment of the real circuit, area by area
  • Floor plan of the operation with the documented workflow
  • Definition of the automation improvements available
  • Equipment to integrate: scales, readers, sensors, dispensers and labelling
  • Automation priority based on impact on the operation
How it looks in each industry
Meat plants
Livestock intake, slaughter, chilling, deboning and dispatch.
Butcher shops
Counter, scale, stock by cut and delivery route sheet.
Service stations
Tanks, dispensers, meters, forecourt shifts and shop.
SMBs and firms
Administrative circuit: purchasing, invoicing, collections and accounting.

What you getThe floor plan and the documented circuit, to validate how your business works before configuring the system.

02
Consulting

Commercial and business consulting

Support across the whole business, not just the software: sales, purchasing, production, administration and staff. Using the same data the operation already enters, so you decide with your own numbers.

  • Price list and discount schemes
  • Credit and collections policy
  • Cost structure and margin per product
  • Margins by product, by customer and by salesperson
  • Purchasing, suppliers and supply replenishment
  • Staff organisation, shifts and attendance
  • Indicators and dashboards to track the business
How it looks in each industry
Meat plants
Herd and cut costing, slaughter and deboning yields.
Butcher shops
Margin per cut, display case shrinkage and per-customer price lists.
Service stations
Margin per product, tank shrinkage and shop performance.
SMBs and firms
Profitability by line, credit policy and cash flow.

What you getManagement criteria defined for every area on the real data of your operation, not on estimates.

03
InstallationOptional

Technical service and installation

If needed, our technical team handles the physical installation of every component. It leaves the hardware running and connected to the system, not just delivered.

  • Scales, weighbridges and measuring equipment
  • Readers, data collectors and label printers
  • Sensors and equipment controllers
  • Network and data cabling, including the electrical work required
How it looks in each industry
Meat plants
Truck weighbridges, deboning scales and chilling room temperature sensors.
Butcher shops
Counter scale with variable-weight labelling.
Service stations
Dispenser controllers, meters and tank probes.
SMBs and firms
Workstations, printers and office network.

What you getHardware installed, connected and running against the system.

04
CustomOptional

Custom development

Your own forms, integrations with third-party equipment or systems, and functionality specific to your circuit, quoted on the basis of the prior assessment.

  • The company's own forms and reports
  • Integrations with third-party equipment or systems
  • Functionality specific to your operation's circuit
  • Screens and reports with the data your people actually look at
  • Quoted on the basis of the prior assessment
When it applies
New industry
Your business is not a meat plant, a butcher shop, a service station or a general-management SMB, but it needs a system just as solid.
Already on Sycoft
Forms, reports or a specific circuit that is not solved out of the box.
Equipment or third parties
Sycoft connects to the hardware or external systems your company already uses.

What you getIt stays inside the same system, with the same support and updates.

Custom

If your industry isn't on the list, we build it

We build your business's specific module on the same platform: users, permissions, people, items, electronic invoicing and accounting already solved.

  2. 02Development of your own module on Sycoft

Implementation

How the rollout works

Three stages, from understanding how the company works to having the system running with your own people. The professional services above are defined separately, based on what each company needs.

  1. 01

    We assess and adapt

We understand how the company works and adjust the system to that way of working, not the other way around.

    See moreSee less
    • Needs assessment by area
    • Definition of the company's circuits and parameters
    • Configuration of modules, roles and permissions
    • Installation in the cloud or on your own server
    • Migration and initial loading of master data
  2. 02

    Gradual rollout

It goes live in stages, area by area, so the operation does not stop while it changes systems.

    See moreSee less
    • Go-live by area, without stopping the operation
    • Training for the users of each area
    • PIN-protected test database to practise without touching real data
    • Support during the first weeks of use
    • Adjustments along the way, based on what comes up day to day
  3. 03

    Fully implemented

The system runs with your own people, with support and updates throughout the term.

    See moreSee less
    • The complete circuit running with your users
    • Users trained by area
    • Licensing with unlimited users and multi-company
    • Support and updates throughout the term
    • Regulatory changes from ARCA and your industry's bodies, kept current
    • New modules or companies are activated whenever needed
What sets us apart

Not a generic ERP with a module bolted on

Features the competition doesn't bring, used every day in each industry.

Meat plants

Settlements to slaughterers and producers

Third-party slaughter, consignment and records, settlement by kilos or head, and a livestock current account with the producer's balance. The financial engine of the plant, integrated into the circuit.

Butcher shops

Point of sale with variable weight

Counter with tickets and weight labels, integrated into the same stock and traceability. From the half carcass to the end customer, with no double entry.

Service stations

Forecourt, tanks and shifts in one circuit

Fuel stock by dipstick or probe, prices with effective dates that reach the forecourt on their own, dispensing by pump, and shift close with cash count and variances per attendant.

SMBs and firms

Multi-company with hot switching

Several legal entities from a single login, with isolated data and permissions per company. An accounting firm handles all of its clients without leaving the system.

Saves hours

Smart bank reconciliation

It imports the statement and matches it against your movements with a score. It auto-reconciles, learns from your rules and creates the missing entries: fees, taxes and VAT.

Proactive · AI

Smart alerts and automation

Per-user notifications for expiries, pre-collections and stock-outs, with alert analytics. Plus an engine that learns from your rules and automates data entry.

Regulatory compliance

Official paperwork, ready to file

Official documentation is generated from the data the operation already entered, in a printable format. No rebuilding spreadsheets at the close of every period.

Ask about a form
  • ARCA electronic invoicing: every document type, including the FCE MiPyME
  • Digital VAT Book, income tax and gross income withholdings and perceptions
  • Payroll: digital payslips, F.931 and SICOSS
  • Meat plants: ARCA / DGI slaughter discs, ONCCA returns and National Meat Board Book
  • SENASA: Annexes III and V, condemnation sheet, Hilton Quota and China production returns
  • 117 reports and 28 forms in official printable format
We answer your questions

Questions about scope and services

Does it work for my industry if it is not a meat plant?

Yes. There are ready-made solutions today for meat plants, butcher shops, service stations and SMBs that need general management. If your industry is not on the list, we map the circuit and build your own module on the same platform, with ARCA invoicing, accounting, stock, users and permissions already solved.

Are the professional services only for meat plants?

No. The assessment, the business consulting and the technical service are defined by each company's operation: in a meat plant we map slaughter, chilling and deboning; in a service station, tanks, dispensers and shifts; in a butcher shop, counter, scale and stock by cut; in an SMB, the administrative circuit.

Do I need the full accounting module?

No. The system is modular: you can run only your industry's modules and activate Accounting later, when you need it.

Can I run several companies?

Yes. Multi-company with hot switching, each with its own isolated data, plus a PIN-protected test database to train without touching the real one.

Does it record staff attendance?

Yes. The operators module clocks entry and exit at the plant, store or branch, via web or PWA, and accumulates hours and days worked that feed payroll.

Does it integrate with a station's dispensers and tanks?

Yes. There is integration with forecourt controllers and meters so dispensing is not entered by hand, and tank measurement by manual dipstick or probe with shrinkage control. The technical team leaves the connection running at installation.

Does it work for a butcher shop with several stores?

Yes. A single stock and a consolidated till across every branch, with reports per store, internal transfers from a central warehouse and current accounts for regular customers.

Does it include Cycle 2 (deboning)?

Yes, included. It is part of the Meat Plant module: orders, breaking, yields, shrinkage and recipe, valuation and templates. It is not an add-on.

Does it work for a municipal slaughterhouse?

Yes. It supports third-party and slaughterer processing, producer settlements, Res. 40 tickets and municipal ordinance rates, without needing to invoice from the system.

Is the meat waybill electronic?

Yes. It issues the Electronic Meat Waybill against ARCA (wsRemCarne), as well as internal waybills and carcass tallies. It lives inside Meat Plant and stock.
